Domestic (India)

Standard shipping is free on all items regardless of price.
All our products are made to order and require a longer delivery time. Orders typically ship within 10 business days.
We ship our packages via Blue Dart (or equivalent).


Standard shipping is free over $250 USD.
For international orders under $250 USD, we offer a non-refundable flat shipping rate of $40 USD.

Any duties and taxes charged for International orders will be your responsibility.


Domestic Returns (India)

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are then open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care service within 48 hours of delivery:
By email at with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner. If you receive a package which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until we send someone from our team to review it.
Our Customer Care team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours.

Domestic Exchanges & Refund

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
No refunds will be given if you have provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, the package is refused by the recipient or after three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.

International Returns

Please return your items within four days of receiving your delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Exchanges and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note we cannot reserve items if you wish to exchange your item. We can only honour your exchange request if the item is in stock at the time of processing.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note we do not refund duties and taxes.

There is no return or exchange on sale items.
