Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard delivery on all Oshadi orders above $150, which will be applied at checkout.
We ship all orders within two weeks with DHL/UPS/Aramex. Our couriers usually deliver between 9am—6pm on business days and each package requires a signature, so please do specify an alternate daytime delivery address, such as your office, if you might not be in. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and although we try our best to keep to them, possible delays may be caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
Absolutely, it makes us proud to think of Oshadi clothes being worn all around the world. Orders outside India are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis meaning that VAT, custom duties, local taxes, and import duties are not included in the purchase price. You will pay these directly to, or as advised by, our courier partner instead. Charges differ from country to country according to the local rules and regulations.
All orders are fully traceable through our shipping partners website using the dedicated tracking. Just log into your account on oshadi.in to check their status.
To protect your security, we only ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. We are also unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Of course. We want you to keep our designs for years to come, so it’s important they feel perfect. If you would like to return your item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to send it back to us for a full refund. Just follow the below instructions:
- Visit our website and log into your account to view your orders and request a return or exchange for any unwanted items. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Upon receiving your request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and the details of our courier. If you do not receive your shipping label, please email us with your order number and we will send you a new one.
- Put your item in the original shipping box, or any other solid cardboard box, and close it securely with tape. Place the return information label and pre-paid shipping label on the box, covering the prior delivery information.
- Arrange a convenient time for collection with our courier and send back your item to receive your refund.
Your refund will be credited via your original payment method. If the return is due to product defect, we will refund your shipping costs too. If we receive your item and proof of return within 14 days of its arrival, we issue a refund on day 14 at the latest. Without proof of return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced through over-handling.
If you’re not quite sure about the fit of your item, you can always send it back to us and exchange it for a different size–based on stock availability. Once we receive it, we will process the exchange and ship your new size free of charge. If you are interested in a different design instead, please return your item to us and simply purchase the new piece separately on our website.
Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above do not apply during sale periods.
High quality designs that last a lifetime are an important part of the Oshadi ethos. If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within seven days for exchange or return.
We insure each purchase until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by us.
